Today, National Paralympic Day will take place at the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park in London, Centenary Square in Birmingham, and Chavasse Park in Liverpool. Tomorrow it will take place in Glasgow at the Braehead Centre. Thousands of people are expected to take part, try a disability sport and meet some of our great Paralympic medal winners.
